Roxanne Marie uses UPS as our choice of carrier. Please allow 2-3 business days to process orders. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details sent to your email. From there, you will get an estimated arrival date.

Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and we offer store credit or exchanges 7 days from the date received (per tracking). Original shipping is not refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. *We recommend saving the tracking number as a reference.

Returns:
Return and exchanges must be made within seven days of receiving/purchasing products. All sale items are NOT eligible for a refund or a store credit-they are final sale; this includes regular sale merchandise as well as any item purchased with the use of a promo code. All return items must be unwashed, unworn and with all tags still attached in order to be eligible for a refund.
